Business School, XLRI, in Jamshedpur today joined the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to spread the message and importance of cleanliness.
Reportedly it was organized in association with the Marketing Association of XLRI (MAXI). Student volunteers from XLRI and its partner institute Tongji University, China and cleaned up some areas in Sonari in Jamshedpur today and put up messages in the locality promoting cleanliness.
This initiative got the support of Jamshedpur Utilities and Services Company which ensured that Jamshedpur remained one of the cleanest city in country, according to a XLRI release.
Fifteen schools of Jamshedpur have promised to join this initiative.
