S.K.Satapathy,Principal Secretary to Governor,Jharkhand,was given Fixed Scale,according to a notification issued by the state personnel department.
Prior to this Mridula Sinha,Principal Secretary,was given Fixed Scale by the Das government on December 31,2016.
Both Satapathy and Sinha were 1986 batch IAS officers of Bihar turned Jharkhand cadre.Now,both these IAS officers were holding the post of Additional Chief Secretary,Jharkhand.
