Tourism spots to be developed in Jharkhand

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has decided to develop tourism spots in the State in a planned way and said experts may be chosen for advice. He also hinted that the State would soon have a tourism policy.

He came up with this suggestion in response to the demand of legislators to make the state a tourist destination.

Das said experts in the field might be chosen for their advice as it could prove important in the development of tourist spots.

An official release quoted him as saying that forts should be renovated and emphasised on proper security management at tourist spots.He also suggested to include dams and closed mines as tourist spots.
