Jharkhand Governor Syed Ahmad today administered oath to three Congress MLAs as Ministers inside the Raj Bhawan in Ranchi.
They were Mannan Malik,Yogendra Sao and Banna Gupta.
With this,the 12-Minister capacity Cabinet of the Hemant Soren government was full.
