In a letter to Railway Minister Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has appealed to him to complete the Dumka-Rampurhat and Mandaarhil-Dumka rail projects and start the new railway service between Dumka,Kolkata,Bhagalpur,Patna and Delhi in the annual budget 2015-16.
