The Maoists suffered a jolt today when the security forces recovered and seized a huge quantity of explosive material and literature belonging to them in Panki forest area of Palamau.
Alongside,the CRPF personnel also seized explosive material near Dhanapani village under Manoharpur police station in West Singhbhum district.
Sources in the CRPF claimed that among the seized explosives,there were 8 detonator,2 gelatin,1 country made pistol and 1 kg of container meant to carrying a bomb.
The security forces suspect that the Maoists had a plan to strike terror by using these explosives.
