All eyes are on the CBI designated court of PK Singh after the Supreme Court today dismissed the petition of former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav in fodder scam case.
The division Bench comprising Chief Justice P. Sathasivam and Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai had reserved the judgement on his petition on August 6.In his petition,Yadav had sought transfer of the RC -20/96 case from the CBI designated court of Judge PK Singh,who had fixed July 15 as date for announcing the judgement.
Instead of providing any relief to him, Chief Justice P. Sathasivam and Justice Ranjana Prakash dismissed his petition.Now,the Ranchi based CBI court judge PK Singh is going to hear his side of the argument and pass the judgement.
