Jharkhand Governor Syed Ahmed has picked up RS Poddar as his Principal Secretary.A file carrying his recommendation in favour of Poddar reached the Personnel Department at the Project Bhawan on Saturday evening.
Though Poddar,who is Principal Secretary(Rural Development Department),was reportedly not in cheers over his posting at the Raj Bhawan,the Department is likely to notify his posting in a day or two,it is learnt.
If this happens,NN Sinha,who is Principal Secretary to Governor Ahmed,with additional charge of the Information and Technology Department,will be shifted from the Raj Bhawan.Sinha however will continue to hold the charge of of the IT Department.
