Top officials of Rural Development Department today held video conference with Deputy Commissioners and District Development Commissioners.Principal Secretary NN Sinha and MNREGA Commissioner Vijay Kumar Singh directed them to do as follows.
1.The Government of India’s Rural Development Department had on April 1,2014 directed that FTO will be generated from Panchayat level.Since there was lack of connectivity at Panchayat level,it is directed that the work will be done for the next three months at the block level.
2.Those plans that were not started during 2014-15 and were not ‘public utility’ should not be implemented.
3.It must be noted that 60 percent work was connected with agriculture.
4.The work related with FTO generation and MIS entry must be done in time.
5.End the pendency of FTO.BDO will monitor it.Even at the district level,it should be monitored.
6.Maximum people should be connected with Aadhaar.The percentage should be above 95 percent.
7.The payment should be ensured.Where there is a complaint of delay in release of compensation,compensation should be paid.
8.The amount of unemployment allowance must be paid.Next,the salary should be deducted from any body who did not abide by the order.All such cases be examined and it must be ensured that id does not happen in future.
9.Freez the account in the bank and post office where it was not freezed so far.
10.Palamau and Garhwa must provide land for building new block offices.
11.A Business Correspondent be appointed at every panchayat.
12.The unused fund of the blocks is there.Make the report available as to why the fund was lying unused.
13.Activise Pragya Kendra and Community Service Centre.
14.Monitor the functioning of Panchayat Bhawans.Where it is not there,get it constructed and if it requires repairing,get it repaired.
15.Get the state convergence plan scanned.A sum of Rs 578 crore had to
be spent under MNREGA.Start the implementation work.
16.Every district has a Tall Free Help Centre.Activise it to gain people’s complaint.All complaints must be addressed.
