It was the day of victory for Jharkhand in Ranji Trophy 2014-15 in .Thalassery,Kerala.
Its players won the season’s first win on Sunday when Jharkhand players defeated Goa and ensured that it was knocked out of the Ranji Trophy.
But the victory did not help Jharkhand as it was also knocked out.In fact,Jharkhand had the opportunity to secure seven points,but were reduced to 4 for 2 with Virat Singh and Shiv Gautam getting bowled by Sagar Naik.Yet,Ishan Kishan and Kumar Deobrat scored 51 in 144 overs to make Jharkhand win by eight-wickets.
