“HEC can engineer any machining requirement of its esteemed customer by way of building Special Purpose Machine(SPM) Tools”,claims a report.
The report prepared by HEC’s public relation department said that in the recent past,HMTP,an unit of HEC,has successfully designed, manufactured and supplied SPMs to ISRO, Defence Establishment and Indian Railways.
“This has not only helped indianization of such machines but has also been instrumental in stepping up of self-reliance”,said the report.
“BV5-25N Machine having value of Rs. 673.83 Lakhs has been dispatched in the first week of March 2015 to NTPC-BHEL Power Projects Ltd. (NBPPL), Andhra Pradesh.”
“BH100-HD Machine, (value Rs 164 Lakhs) is ready and will be inspected by customer from 16.03.2015 for dispatch to Gun & Carriage Factory, Jabalpur.
During the last three months, profit of HMTP is maintained. In December 2014 & January 2015, the profit was 36.59 lakhs and 3.51 lakhs respectively, whereas the profit in February 2015 is 181.70 lakhs.
