Chief Minister Raghubar Das has accused the Railways of discriminating against Jharkhand by not completing the pending projects in the state.
He also alleged that rejected coaches were being put in Jharkhand-bound trains and their maintenance was also not up to the mark.
The Chief Minister said the state government is a partner with the Railways and Coal Ministry in laying new railway lines.
