The state government today held a pre budget meeting in Ranchi.
The meeting addressed by Chief Minister Raghubar Das and attended among others by stake holders belonging to departments of Agriculture,Industry,Chamber of Commerce and Industry and NGOs,was conducted inside Administrative Training Institute in Ranchi.They expressed varied opinions on the financial issues connected with the state government.
Das said that the meeting,organised in the backdrop of the goal of ” Sabka Saath Sabka Vikash”,for preparing the annual budget to take forward the process of development of the State and plan out a pro people budget.He stressed the need to prepare a public utility budget through public participation.
Principal Secretary(Finance)Rajbala Verma took stock of the annual budget preparation from officers inside her office premise.She said before the annual budget,all necessary initiative should be taken to follow the CM’s directive to take note of people’s aspirations.
The meeting was mainly attended by representatives of IIM,XISS,XLRI,UNICEF,KGVK,IHD,JCCI Jharkhand Small Scale Industry Association,Cottage Industry,Santhal Pargana and Adityapur,Small Industry Association,Confederation of Indian Industry,ASSOCHA,Jharkhand Chapter,Vikas Bharti,Tata Steel Ltd,Mecon and JUSCO,
