The Jharkhand Cabinet in its meeting headed by Chief Minister Ragubar Das at Dumka approved 33 proposals and also decide to increase Vat and Re1 hike in cess .
Subsequent to hike in vat and cess, petrol and diesel prices will go up in Jharkhand. After the notification petrol and diesel prices will increase by Rs.1.94 and Rs, 2.62 per litre respectively.
Instead of one, now there will be two posts of DGP in the State. Refreshment money for NCC cadets have been increased from Rs.2 to 10.
