
In a letter to Jharkhand Chief Secretary Rajiv Gauba,National Thermal Power Corporation Dy General Manager Rajesh N Sahay has sought ‘fair justice.’
“I hereby appeal your good self to kindly provide me justice and I am sure only fair justice and decision will flow from your esteemed hand”,states Sahay’s letter to Gauba.
Sahay’s case is linked with alleged ‘attrocities’ committed by Sunil Kumar,IAS officer of 1999 batch as Hazaribagh Deputy Commissioner on February 2.On this day Sahay had visited Kumar at his official residence in connection with an official work of the NTPC in Hazaribagh.
But instead of treating him as a representative of the NTPC,Kumar is alleged to have thrashed Sahay who was injured and hospitalised.Later,he had sought justice against ‘atrocities’ committed by him.Yet,the state government had not taken any action against him till date.
Today,Sahay in his letter to the CS said that he facing “continual harassment by mis-utilising official position and undue use of administrative power.” .
