Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has appointed Rajendra Kumar of Jharkhand as his principal secretary. Kumar, who is an IAS officer of 1989 batch, had studied in Netarhat school from 1979 to 1984.
After completing intermediate from Netarhat, Kumar did his B.Tech from IIT, Delhi. Even last year Kumar, who originally belongs to Patan, was appointed by Kejriwal as his Principal Secretary when he was Chief Minister for 49 days.
Kumar enjoys the reputation of being an honest officer and has held many important positions in the Delhi Government.
