The Bihar-Jharkhand contingent comprising of NCC Cadets today participated in a programme at the Birsa Mandap,Rajbhawan in Ranchi.
The programme was inaugurated by Governor Syed Ahmed.A number of cultural programmes were held.
The contingent brought laurels to the State by their excellence in various competitions.
