A top-ranked commander of banned Maoist outfit People`s Liberation Front of India has been arrested from a Ranchi hospital where he was undergoing treatment for malaria, the police said
The Maoist named Sonu is wanted in many cases. He is also wanted by Bihar Police in a bomb blast case.
According to the police, Sonu was operating in the Saranda forest in West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand, where he got infected with malaria. He got himself admitted to the Ranchi hospital.
