Move to increase literacy rate in Jharkhand

45753721.cmsJharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has decided to spend a day in a tribal village to encourage children to go to schools.

“It is necessary to make the state 100 per cent literate for change could be brought only by a literate society,” an official release said quoting Das.

The Chief Minister said while addressing a function that he would spend a day in a tribal village to send children to schools and officials would remain present.

Focusing on the migration problem, he said Tribal Development Council would be set up, the release said.
