Narendra Modi will be in Ranchi tomorrow, Jharkhand’s capital represented in the Assembly by BJP’s leader CP Singh.
Modi is slated to address BJP’s election rally at Morahabadi Maidan. The election is scheduled to be held on December 6.
Modi’s rally is likely to disrupt traffic and normal life in Ranchi with unprecedented security measures in place.
Hundreds of senior police officers along with more than 4000 policemen have been deployed for the rally. The Morahabadi Maidan has been cleaned, Pandal put up and banners and posters displayed at the venue.
State capital Ranchi has been plastered with Mr Modi’s pictures and life-size cutouts and the BJP’s flags. Singh, who had represented Ranchi for three consequitive term, had appealed to people to turn at the rally to hear Modi.
