Jharkhand Rural Development Department today carried training on ‘Project Life’ in at State Institue of Rural Development in Ranchi today.
During the training following decisions were taken-
1.73000 people will get training for job
2.Workers who had done work under MNREGA for 100 days
3.Now work related with survey will be carried out
4.Training for participants from 24 districts will be held at State Institute of Rural Development in Ranchi
5.This training will start on August 15,2015
“Under MNREGA,100 days employment is provided.But there were many workers who demand work for over 100 days because it was their need.Life Project has come as a help for them”,said Jharkhand Rural Development Department Principal Secretary NN Sinha whle addressing the training programme at SIRD.
Sinha said that the Government of India will provide training free of cost to those workers who had done work under MNREGA for 100 days.
The traing will be provided on those subjects that were wanted by them.Toward the same end,a survey will be carried out.The staff connected with MNREGA will go to every home and take note of the situation and then training work will be started.
This programme at SIRD was also addressed by MNREGA Commissioner B Nizlinguppa.
