Sporting an under wear,he was gliding down an escalator inside a mall in Dubai.For him it was a fine dress to wear in this season of Eid al-Adha.
But the police arrested him among four others on charges of indecent behavior in public.
The incident occurred on Saturday.In Dubai,moving around in underwear in public place was prohibited.A police spokesperson is quoted by an ANI report sayng:”The mall is used by families, women and children and such improper behaviour is unacceptable.”
