Jharkhand Chief Secretary Rajiv Gauba today directed the Vigilance Bureau to move forward and take necessary action to deal with pending cases.
“The need of the hour is to take note off serious cases and bring the culprits to book”,said Gauba while presiding over a meeting inside the Project Bhawan in Ranchi.The meeting was attended among others by Additional Chief Secretary NN Pandey,Secretary,Law Department,B.B.Mangalmurti and DGP D.K.Pandey.
Gauba emphasised the need to strengthen Vigilance Bureau.”If any body is innocent,he should get justice without any investigation.He directed the Vigilance Bureau’s IG M.L.Meena to prepare a plan to make VB effective.
During the meeting,Meena presented details of the pending cases.
