Jharkhand High Court has injuncted the appointment of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission 5th Examinations candidates until March 30, 2016.

The injunction order was passed by the court today after it adopted and linked two PILs-one filed by Bharatiya Suraj Dal’s P.K.Sidharta and one person with disability-with a PIL challenging the appointment of successful candidates of the JPSC 5th Exams.

Right now,the JPSC had already forwarded the file enabling the state government appoint the successful candidates of the JPSC 5th Exams.
