These were among thirty three decisions taken in the first Cabinet meeting of the BJP government led by Chief Minister Raghubar Das in Dumka on Sunday.
The decision to hike the VAT brought its parity with neighbouring states-Orissa and West Bengal.In addition,it was decided to hold Cabinet meeting in Dumka every three month.
