The BJP government led by Chief Minister Raghubar Das aims to have healthy,educated and empowered children.And to tackle the problem of child labour,it feels vulnerability mapping needs have to be carried out on a priority basis to identify the areas and trades which employ maximum children.
Against this backdrop,Human Resource Department Secretary Anuradha Patnayak addressed an Inter-state meeting on the issue of migrant children at a city based hotel in Ranchi today.
The meeting was attended among others by chief of the ‘Save the Children’Mahadeo Hansda and State Commission for Protection of Child Rights member Sanjay Mishra and Piush Kumar.
