Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has ordered an inquiry into the alleged misbehavior of some senior police officials towards his ally and Minister Yogendra Sao inside the Jharkhand State Cricket Association’s Stadium on September 26.
On this day,when the CLT 20 match between Chennai Super Kings vs Sunrisers Hyderabad was being played,Sao had barged into the reserved area of the stadium with his four security guards and occupied the seat of Ayesha Mukherjee,wife of Shikhar Dhawan.
When two senior IPS officers-Ranchi SSP Saket Kumar and IG(Provision)RK Mallick -questioned the security guards,Sao had enetered into verbal duel with them.Subsequently,Sao,a tainted Congress MLA,who was facing criminal cases,lodged complaint,.
Today Soren convened a meeting of senior officials and asked Chief Secretary RS Sharma to inquire into the incident and submit report.Sharma was also asked to probe if any IAS,IPS and IFS officer was associated with the private body –JSCA –without taking permission from the state government.

माननीय Ñषि मंत्री श्री योगेन्द्र साव के साथ 26 सितम्बर को क्रिकेट स्टेडियम में हुए कथित दुर्वव्यवहार एवं उनकी षिकायत को मुख्यमंत्री ने गम्भीरता से लिया है। माननीय मंत्री की षिकायत के बाद माननीय मुख्यमंत्री ने कल रात काँके रोड सिथत सचिवालय में मुख्य सचिव, गृह सचिव एवं पुलिस महानिदेषक की आपात बैठक बुलार्इ। मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी अधिकारियों से कहा कि इस षिकायत की गम्भीरता को समझते हुए आरोपों की जांच होनी चाहिए और दोषी अधिकारियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवार्इ होनी चाहिए। आज दिन में मुख्य सचिव के साथ पुरे मामले पर गहन विचार विमर्ष के बाद यह निर्णय लिया गया कि पूरे मामले की जांच के लिए एक निष्पक्ष जांच कमिटि गठित कर पुलिस अधिकारियों की भूमिका एवं माननीय मंत्री द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों की जांच करार्इ जानी चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने मुख्य सचिव को निदेष दिया है कि जांच कमिटि निर्धारित समय में जांच प्रतिवेदन सरकार को सौंप दें। जांच प्रतिवेदन के आधार पर मुख्य सचिव को कड़ी कार्रवार्इ करने के भी निदेष दिए गए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने जल्द से जल्द जांच कमिटि के गठन के निर्देष मुख्य सचिव को दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने मुख्य सचिव को यह निर्देष भी दिया है कि वह आर्इएएस और आर्इएफएस अधिकारियों के निजी संस्थान से जुड़े होने की जानकारी प्राप्त करें। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा है कि अगर कोर्इ आर्इएएस, आर्इपीएस और आर्इएफएस अधिकारी किसी निजी संस्था से जुड़ा हुआ है तो यह पता किया जाए कि इसकी अनुमति सरकार से ली गर्र्इ है या नहीं और यदि बगैर किसी अनुमति के कोर्इ अधिकारी किसी निजी संस्था से जुड़ा हुआ है तो उसे कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया जाए।
