Hemant Soren faces ex JMM MLA’s challenge

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren is facing the challenege posed by his party Jharkhand Mukti Morcha’s ex MLA Hemlal Murmu.

Soren is contesting the Assembly election from two constituencies-Dumka and Barget -where election is scheduled to be held in fifth phase on December 20.While at Dumka,he was facing tough fight put up by BJP’s Lois Marandi,at Barhet,he was challeneged by BJP’s Hemlal.

Hemlal who had quit JMM to join BJP, contest Lok Sabha election to lose it, is putting up a tough fight before Hemant.Hemlal had won  Barhet Assembly seat in 2009 on JMM’s ticket.

Similarly, former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi who too was contesting from two seats was facing the challenege put up by his own party’s ex MLA Nirbhay Shahabadi in Giridih. The second seat for Marandi is Dhanwar where poll was already held.
