Ranchi based PSU-Heavy Engineering Corporation-is claimed to have successfully manufactured Planetary Gear Box for another PSU-Bhilai Steel Plant(BSL).
The Gare Box was manufactured by HEC’s plant Heavy Machine Building Plant 030 shop.Incidentally,HMBP had manufaactured and supplied such still equipment in the past also.
The Planetary Gear Box was inaugurated today by HMBP’s Director(Production)Kushal Saha.This equipment is used to lift 300 tonne metal.The weight of this Gear Box is 37 KGs
