The Jharkhand Government has decided to honour health workers of the malaria department to mark the World Malaria Day on April 25th.
A function is being organized in Namkum on the Malaria Day to honour the health workers who have done exemplary work in the eradication of malaria in the State.
According to the State Malaria official, an inaugural function will be held at 10 a.m. in Namkum in which best Malaria Techincal Supervisor and Lab in-charge from each district of the State will be honoured to encourage them for their good work.
On April 25th people across the globe take part in a wide range of activities to mark World Malaria Day. For half the world every day is malaria day – a day to keep up the fight against this killer disease.
