Jharkhand Chief Secretary Rajiv Gauba today emphasised the need to strengthen the process to fix the minimum marginal price of rice produced by farmers in Jharkhand.
Addressing a review meeting with officials belonging to the state’s Food,Public Distribution and Consumber Department,Gauba took note of the BPL projects and expressed the need to speed up the works connected with construction of Warehouse for storage.He also advised Department’s officials to take ahead the task of digitisation for authenticating digital data.
During the meeting,Department’s Secretary Pradeep Kumar presented a proposal for strengthening Jharkhand Rajya Food Supply and Public Distribution Ltd.
