The East Singhbhum District Congress Committee has demanded installation of a bust in memory of the BSF jawaan, Krishna Kumar Dubey, who was killed in Kashmir recently.
DCC president Vijay Khan said his party has urged the district administration to establish a bust of Dubey, who has sacrificed his life for the country.
The bust should be installed at Trimuti chowk in Kitadih locality, where Dubey had been living, he said.
A massive crowd had turned up to pay their homage to the martyr.
