Jharkhand Chief Secretary Rajiv Gauba today directed the state road construction department to complete construction of roads in different districts in time.
He also reviewed the works related with forest clearance and land acquisition needed for implementation of the National Highway Authority of India’s projects.Gauba did so in a meeting today with officials of the state road department inside his office at Project Bhawan,Ranchi.
The Principal Secretary,Road,Rajbala Verma emphasised the need to make the NHAI look after the highways.
The meeting was attended among others by the state planning Department’s Principal Secretary A.K.Singh,Secretary,Land Reforms and K.K.Soan.
