The Raghubar Das Govt. has decided to honour SSP Ranchi,late driver Rumul Sawaiya & SSP’s bodyguard Faizal for their undaunted role in countering Naxalites at Dulmi village in Khunti on Tuesday.
Chief Minister Raghubar Das has approved a proposal reommending to honour SSP Ranchi with the President Medal.It is to be intimated to the Central Govt.
The Chief Minister has also announced to appoint late Rumul Savaiya’s wife on compensation basis & ordered to allot the present house to the family.Ramul had died while the SSP received bullet injury in an encounter with the cardres of the CPI(Maoist) on Tuesday.
Das has also ordered to promote constable Faisal to head- constable & said that the State Govt. will meet their medical expenses.The CM is keeping vigil over them,said a statement released by the state government.
Incidentally,the CM Raghubar Das had visited Medica Super Specialty Hospital to meet SSP & other wounded in the encounter of Dulmi village on Tuesday.”By doing so,the CM boosted their morale”,said the same statement.
Notably,the CM had consoled the family of the wounded. He said that the development & honour of the State is affected due to the Naxalite operations in Jharkhand.These Naxals should know that the Govt. will leave no stone unturned in uproot them in the state.
