Jharkhand’s Chief Secretary(CS) R.S Sharma on Friday stressed improving the state administration. In a review meeting with the Personnel Department, The CS said “The administration in the state should be clear and transparent.”
He further suggested that the combined entrance examination of SSC and JPSC should be optimized and the recruitment process should be done with a ten year plan in mind. These examinations should define a broad categories of service rules.
To easy the attendance issue , the CS suggested that the portable device for biometric authentication attendance system offers advanced verification of employees in different cadres.
The agenda of the review meeting was for employee to avail simple and easy facilities and easy reimbursement for health related issues.
The Principal Secretary, Personnel Development, Shri. S.K.Sathpathy, the Additional Secretary, Personnel Department Smt. Saroj Shrivastava, the Joint Secretary, Personnel Department, Shri. Suman Kumar, the Deputy Secretary, Personnel Department Shri. Yatindra Prasad, the Deputy Secretary, Personnel Department, Shri. Pramod Kumar Tiwari along with other officials were also present during the meeting.
