To protest Central govt. policies
CITU national secretary Swadesh Debroy on Wednesday said that 12 major central trade unions would hold a meeting in New Delhi in August to finalise an action plan for a nationwide agitation against saffronisation agenda and anti-labour policies of the BJP-led NDA government.
Mr. Debroy told reporters here that the central TUs, including INTUC and CITU were committed to spearhead the agitation against ‘communalisation’ by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, exemplified by the formation of UP government.
