Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Monday directed the state government body -Greater Ranchi Development Agency(GRDA) to build infrastructure for the state’s new capital.
Officially,the state’s new capital project-Greater Ranchi-has been lying pending for the past 15-16 years since the state was set up in 2000.
Now,the BJP government wants to implement it at a war footing.”Construct road and make available sewage -drainage,water connection and electricity services as soon as possible”,said the CM.
He directed Ranchi District Administration to resolve problem connected with land transfer to companies so that they make available funds to build boundary walls.”Each company should put up its bill board on its land area”,said the CM
The meeting was attended among others by representatives of companies,GRDA General Manager Sukhdeo Singh,CM’s Secretary Sunil Kumar Barnwal,Secretary,Land Revenue,KK Soan and Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manoj Kumar.
