Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has been assured by the Director-General of the Border Security Force, D.K. Pathak, that the force would give Rs 20 lakh to the family of slain jawan Krishan Kumar Dubey, who was killed by Pakistani force in Jammu and Kashmir on July 9.
Pathak has also announced to give employment to one of Dubey’s dependents, an official release said.
Pathak’s assurance came after the Chief Minister asked the BSF to provide a job to a dependent of the martyr and informed Pathak that the state had already promised to extend all possible help apart from compensation.
