*Eligibility: Height -169 cm for General category and 162 cm for Scheduled Tribe.
*Age: 17.5 to 21 yrs for General category and 17.5 to 23 yrs for ST.
*Qualification: For Jawan: Matric for General category and VIII pass for ST.
For Technical Jawan: Intermediate (Plus II) in Physics,Chemistry and Maths for General category and VIII pass for ST.
For Nursing Assistant: Intermediate(Life Science)
The Indian army is set to hold recruitment drive in Jharkhand starting September 3 and will follow the schedule:
September 3 at Garhwa,Sahebgunj and West Singhbhum
September 4 at Khunti,Koderma,Latehar and Giridih
September 5 at Chatra,Pakur,Saraikela and Simdega
September 6 at Palamau
September 7 at Ranchi
September 8 at Dumka and Gumla
September 9 at Dhanbad,Bokaro and Ramgarh
September 10 at Deoghar,East Singhbhum and Godda
September 11 at Jamtara,Lohardaga and Hazaribagh.
On September 12,recruitment drive will take place for Nursing Assistant.During the same period,the ex servicemen will be enrolled.The Army officials have appealed to the candidates not to fall in the trap of the middlemen who extort money fraudulently.
