Vacations are always welcome,but to make it a little more interesting and fun filled,Delhi Public School Ranchi has organized a Summer Camp for the children of classes III – IX.
Summer Camp was flagged off today by Dr Ram Singh, Principal DPS Ranchi today.This camp has been organized for seven days -beginning May 11 and ending on May 17.The timing for the summer camp will be 7.00 A.M – 10.00 A.M and transport will be provided for the same.
Experienced mentors from various fields will be there to guide the children in a host of sporting disciplines such as Football, Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis for both boys and girls and Cricket for boys.
As is is,creativity in any form is a joy beyond measure and to make the children experience this elation Art and Craft classes will be conducted along with French and German classes. Around 550 students have enrolled for this exciting Summer Camp.
Dr. Ram Singh Principal DPS, Ranchi is of the opinion that today’s youth is a bundle of energy – active smart and technosavy , all they need is a little bit of guidance so that they can come out with their full potential.He is also of the opinion that quality education means education which imparts holistic growth of a child and Delhi Public School Ranchi not only believes in this but also practices it.
The prime objective of this camp is not only to create awareness about fitness but also to impart various techniques and skills which willmake them sturdy citizens with robust optimism and indomitable spirit to face all challenges of life.
