Vikas Singh and his team have won the elections of the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Singh’s 15 members including Anand Goel,,Anjali Jain,Ashish Bhatia,Ranjit Gadodia,Kunal Ajmani,Rahul Maroo,Pradeep Jain,Pawan Sharma,Ratan Modi,Satyendra Kumar Chopra,Sharad Poddar,Shayam Sunder Agrawal,Vinay Agrawal and Tulsi Patel were declared elected.
The voting for the 21-member team of the FJCCI was held on Sunday.Of a total number of 2303 electorates,1750 had cast their votes.The polling and counting of votes were done under the supervision of FJCCI’s Lalit Kedia and Sanjay Seth.
Singh’s opposition camp led by Suresh Chandra Agrawal had put up 21 candidates.Among them six -Bharti Kashyap,Kishore Mantri,Rahul Sabu,Mukul Taneja,Kashi Kenoi and Agrawal were declared elected.
Now,Vikas Singh is set to be elected as President,who will succeed Ranjit Tibrewal.Since the FJCCI’s office bearers’ term is meant for one year,Singh is going to lead it for the year -2013-14.
