A helpline for these people will be launched at a function slated to be held inside the Aryabhatta Hall,infront of Ranchi college,Morabadi at 6 pm onward on Tuesday.The Helpline is billed as -Help Grow Wings.

As per the plan,the Helpline-Help Grow Wings-will figure on the Home page of JharkhandStateNews.com,a leading news -portal in Jharkhand.
Run and managed by this news-portal,Help Grow Wings plans to provide an e-platform to persons with disability to online register themselves with their names,addresses,e mail IDs,Cell Phone Nos and so on to avail of benefits from the notified government schemes.
The main aim behind this move is two fold.
One,sensitise the persons with disability and bring about awareness among them,their relatives and friends that they were bonafide citizens of India.And as such, they have the rights to claim the schemes of the government as per the law.Two,to forward their registered applications to the concerned officials of the state and the Central governments for remedial action as per the law.
In addition,an attempt would also be made to highlight every bonafide case to create atmospherics to help them gain their rights.
