Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren was accorded red carpet welcome in his constituency-Dumka.
Hundreds of men,women and children turned up to greet him at the ground where the Dumka district administration had organised Vikas Mela.
At the Mela,the CM Soren inaugurated and laid foundation stones of Rs 124 crore projects and schemes.He also distributed loans and handed benefits of the government sponsored schemes worth Rs 35 crore among the beneficiaries.
